Kyiv studio · beginners only
Every session runs 90 minutes with one instructor in the room. You learn the shape of a movement before you add pace, so nothing turns into a race to keep up.

Session anatomy
Every beginner session follows the same four stages, in the same order. Nothing is improvised, and you can stop and rest at any point without explaining why.
You arrive, take off your shoes and sit on a mat. The instructor asks how your body feels today and writes down anything that needs a modification. There is no large room to walk into.
A single principle for the day, such as breathing with movement or where the spine sits. It is demonstrated slowly, then you try it twice. No flow, no sequence to memorise.
Controlled movement, seated and standing, with props within reach. Corrections are quiet and individual. Six mats, one instructor, so nobody is left guessing.
A slow finish on the floor, then two or three questions answered for the whole group. You leave knowing what next week covers and what to practise at home, if anything.
Four stages, one room, 90 minutes in total. The same structure runs in every group, at every level of the course.

The number is the format, not a marketing line. Six mats, one teacher, and enough silence in the room to hear a single correction about your shoulder.
Timings, prices and the make-up session rule live in the practical details.

Foundations
The course runs one session per week for six weeks. Each session lasts 90 minutes with a maximum of six participants and one instructor, and the same group stays together from the first week to the last.
Lying and seated positions, rib and pelvis awareness, and how to leave a posture without straining.
Feet, weight shift and a balanced stance, practised slowly enough to notice what changes.
Rotating the spine while standing and seated, with the hips kept steady and the breath unhurried.
Hips, hamstrings and spine length, using support where the body asks for it.
Backbends taken from the upper back, so the lower back is not asked to do the work alone.
Linking the six weeks into one short sequence and writing down notes for practice at home.
One make-up session is allowed per course. No previous practice is required, and every posture has a supported version.
